All transactions are processed through a payment gateway service provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. The terms and conditions of the said payment gateway service provider can be accessed on the payment gateway website

Declarations & Undertakings for being a Member / Temporary  Member

As a Member / Temporary Member  , I hereby declare that I am voluntarily applying for the membership to Taare Social ________[Branch] (hereinafter referred to as “Taare Social”) and that the Taare Social team has informed me of the various facilities and activities organised by Taare Social at the branch  premises/facility located at ___________. I am satisfied with the quality and standard of the aforesaid Taare Social facility and hereby confirm to abide by the Membership terms and conditions below:

  • I confirm that the information provided by me in the application form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that no material information has been concealed by me.

  • I understand that the membership is on a monthly basis, I agree to pay the admission fees and the monthly fee (plus all applicable taxes) to Taare Social, as determined by the management from time to time, which shall be payable in advance on or before the 5th day of every month.

  • I acknowledge that Taare Social leases/ obtains on leave and license basis, its premises in different parts of the city from third party landlords. In the event any such lease is terminated, or any material change (including any change in Government policy or municipal rules or any other laws or regulations), issues with the landlords etc renders any Taare Social premises inoperable, then Taare Social would either change the location of such premises and/or stop its operations in such premises. I agree that, if I am unable to continue with my membership due to the above reasons then, Taare Social will refund any advance fees paid by me on a pro-rata basis. Taare Social shall not be liable for any other payment to me save and except what is provided herein.

  • I understand that Taare Social is not a medical institution nor in any way equipped to administer any advance medical treatments. Taare Social has not represented or led me to believe that it is a medical institution facility and I understand that it’s staff are not qualified to provide any medical services. I hereby consent to receive emergency medical treatment that may be deemed appropriate in the event of any injury, accident, and/or illness during my use of the Taare Social facilities or any activities organised by Taare Social. I understand that Taare Social maintains basic medical equipment (including blood pressure monitoring devices, glucometer, thermometer etc.) at its facilities for first-aid only and any emergency medical treatment will be administered by a local doctor/ hospital i.e. the on-call doctor/ hospital engaged by Taare Social for any medical emergency.

  • Right of Admission and termination of membership;

I acknowledge that Taare Social reserves the right of admission of members to its facilities, and at any time, if they choose to terminate my membership either temporarily or permanently, then Taare Social would refund any amount which was paid by me on a pro-rata basis. I further acknowledge that Taare Social reserves the right to terminate my membership without notice, in the event Taare Social deems that any action or non-action on my part is prejudicial to the interest and reputation of Taare Social or other members of Taare Social.

 

The membership of Taare Social is specific to a specified location/ facility. This membership does not give any right to a member to use any other location/ facility of Taare Social, unless approved in writing in advance by Taare Social on such terms and conditions that it may specify.

 

  1. At my own risk:

I am voluntarily registering to avail the services and facilities of Taare Social. Further, I hereby and forever release, discharge and hold harmless Taare Social, its respective employees, shareholders, founders, vendors, volunteers etc. from any and all claims (including legal costs), demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future for my death, any disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or any mental or physical injuries arising out of or in connection with my membership or participation in the activities, programs or events organised by Taare Social at its premises or otherwise .

 

  1. Physically and Mentally fit:

I declare that I am physically and mentally fit and do not suffer from any physical or mental ailment, injury or disease which could:

 

  1. adversely affect my participation in any activities of Taare Social;

  2. adversely affect my health on account of such participation; or

 

In support of the above, I will submit a medical certificate issued by my family physician, Dr. _____________. I further undertake to forthwith inform Taare Social of any change in my mental and physical condition. In case my membership continues with Taare Social, I would unconditionally undertake and assure to submit my family physician’s certificate every six (6) months or at such intervals as may be requested by Taare Social.

 

  1. Privacy :

I agree that Taare Social and its affiliates may collect, store, use and disclose my personal information as provided in this Form (and any updated or additional personal information provided by me including any photographs or other record of my image) for the following purposes:

 

  1. For processing my application for membership which may include sharing the same with any concerned authority about the information contained in this form for maintaining the register of members and also to request me to renew my membership;

  2. For using my name and contact information on my membership list for use by other members of Taare Social;

  3. For publishing newsletters and for use on Taare Social’s social networking pages or its affiliated websites, including my photograph or other imagery on Taare Social (or affiliates and allied entities) website, in newsletters, annual reports, or similar official publications;

  4. To enable Taare Social / or its allied entities to contact me, my relatives or my guardian as the case may be.

 

 

I would also confirm that I have not initiated any proceedings under section 125 of Indian Penal Code or under the Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizen Act or any applicable law, against my children or guardian.


By being a member / temporary member,  I would confirm that I have read this the disclaimers / declarations and undertakings, and I understand their contents.
